2. Eligibility

• You must be competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

To become a Subscribed User:

• Complete the registration form.
• Choose a subscription plan.
• Make the applicable payment.
• Provide identity proof if requested (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, etc.).

After successful verification, access to subscribed services will be granted.

3. Services of Rungta IAS

4. Subscriber Account, Password and Security

Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Users are responsible for:

• Protecting their login details
• Preventing unauthorized access
• Updating passwords if any security breach occurs

If you suspect unauthorized access, please reset your password immediately using the "Forgot Password" option.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The Platform may integrate with or use services provided by third parties such as:

• Payment gateways

Users may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party platforms. Rungta IAS may share limited user information with such partners strictly for service delivery purposes.

6. Payment Terms

Payments for subscriptions are subject to the following conditions:

• Course fees including applicable GST will be displayed before payment.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateway providers.
• Rungta IAS will not be responsible for payment failures caused by banks or payment gateway providers.
• Access to services will be activated only after successful payment confirmation.
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension of services.

The term "Study Materials" includes:

• Any digital learning content

Important disclaimers:

• Study materials may be updated periodically.

• The Platform does not guarantee examination success, rank, or marks.

8. Online Subscription and Access

• Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.
• Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
• Reselling subscriptions or granting unauthorized access is not allowed.
• Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination of the account.

9. System Requirements

Users must ensure their devices meet the minimum requirements:

Updated versions of content may be released periodically as "Editions." Previous editions may not remain available.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

17. Termination of Account

Users may terminate their subscription by contacting support. However, no refunds will be provided for terminated or discontinued subscriptions.
